The new production technologies makes driving with a minor environmental foot-print possible. The consistent use of green energy through the use of electricity from the company‘s own photovoltaic system (a total of 3,500 solar modules with a total output of 1,200 kWp were installed on the roof od our swiss plant - this corre-sponds to around 1,350 MWh per year, or one third of total electricity consump-tion) contributes to the further greening of the Hybrid Wheel.

HYBRID WHEELS 100% TPMS Fit
Tyre Pressure Monitoring Systems (TPMS) are vehicle-integrated systems which continuously monitor the tyre pressure. Fact is that from 1st November 2014, the new EU Tyre Pressure Monitoring System Directive applies to all newly registered cars.
All ALCAR wheels have already been prepared to accommodate the necessary wireless sensors (direct TPMS) and the relevant information have been recorded in TÜV certificates since the beginning of 2012.
